COFFEE TASTING.
Welcome back to my blog where we talk about coffee tasting.This week I had a great opportunity to visit the taste of Kenya in Mombasa ,athi river.Their coffee was greatandso tantalizing.i had a chance to taste the following coffees;
1. Espresso- a concentrated coffee drink made by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee beans
2. Cappuccino- a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk toped with a layer of frothed milk
3. Latte- a coffeebdrink made by espresso and steamed milk toped with a thin layer of frothed milk
4. Americano- made by diluting the espresso with hot water
5. Caffe mocha- coffee made with espresso,chocolate syrup and dteamed milk
6. Caffe macchiato- coffee made with espresso and a small amount of milk
7. Flat white- coffee made with espresso and steamed milk
8. Irish coffee- coffee made with hot coffee,irish whiskey and sugar topped with whipped cream
9. Affogato- drink made with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a shot of espresso
10. Turkish coffee- coffee made by boiling finely ground coffee beans in a pot with water
