Whisky Tasting

Welcome to my blog where ill share my experience on whisky. Igot a chance to go to The Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh, Scotland where I got to taste the best whiskies from various countries. I got to experienced diverse flavors and profiles of this beloved spirit

1.Macallan 18-year-old whiskey which has a rich flavor and its also smooth to finish originally from Scotland.

It was produced by the Macallan in Speyside (Scotland), and it’smade from a mash bill of malted Bayley and aged for 18 years in sherry casks

2.Jameson Irish Whiskey which has a smooth and balanced taste from Ireland

It is made by blending rich pot still whiskey made from both malted and un malted barley

3.The iconic maker’s mark that has caramel and vanilla notesfrom the United States

It is made with soft red winter wheat instead of the usual rye, forone-of-a-kind, full-flavored bourbon

4.The Yamazaki Single Malt Whiskey that has complexity and elegant flavors from Japan

Its mash bill boasts 100%malted barley and its cask aged in the Yamazaki Distillery for 12 years before being bottled

5.The crown Royal Canadian Whisky that has a smooth and versatile taste

It’s made from Canadian grown corn, rye and malted barley

This were the best whiskies that I had ever had among others like the Mackmyra Svensk Rok  from Sweden and Amrut Fusion Single Malt from India.
